Visual Effects Society Awards 2018 – Die Nominierungen

Die Nominierungen für die diesjährigen Visual Effects Society Awards wurden verkündet.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung ehrt die Visual Effects Society (VES) zum 16. Mal die besten Visuellen Effekte in den Bereichen Spielfilm, TV und Werbung.

Große Favoriten in der Film-Kategorie sind das Sci-Fi-Sequel Blade Runner 2049 und das Sci-Fi-Abenteuer Planet der Affen: Survival mit jeweils sieben Nominierungen.

In der TV-Kategorie geht die Fantasy-Serie Game of Thrones mit insgesamt elf Nominierungen an den Start.

Die Verleihung findet am 13. Februar 2018 im Beverly Hilton Hotel statt.
