Die Gewinner der diesjährigen Visual Effects Society Awards wurden verkündet.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung ehrte die Visual Effects Society (VES) zum 18. Mal die besten Visuellen Effekte in den Bereichen Spielfilm, TV und Werbung.

Großer Sieger in der Film-Kategorie ist die Live Action Adaption Der König der Löwen mit insgesamt drei Awards.
